But only 15% are advanced AI users, or 'AI Trailblazers', showing a significant skills gap. AI Trailblazers are 84% more likely to be promoted and 88% more likely to get positive reviews.

They save about 8 hours a week and receive 55% more pay raises. Google's tools supported 140 billion pounds in UK economic activity and saved workers 51 million hours weekly.
